TOM CONNER JR.
Our team is led by President and CEO Tom Conner Jr. with over 40 years of personal experience in the construction industry throughout the state of Texas. This 3rd generation contractor comes from a long line of craftsmen, builders and entrepreneurs who taught him the value of hard work and instilled him with the sense that it isn’t enough to simply perform a craft trade, but to work to do it better than anyone else.
AMBER MCMILLAN
Amber serves as the company’s CFO and is responsible for the accounting, business support, financial planning, and analysis of Conner Construction Company. As a Co-Owner of the company working alongside her father, Amber will carry on the tradition of being the now 4th generation of the family to move forward in the construction business.
JOHN MCMILLAN
Serving as the company’s COO, John brings 20 years of management experience to his role and utilizes his skillsets to optimize company operations and communications. As licensed TX Realtors, John & Amber bring their clients an added level of expertise.
